Responsibilities:

• Research and write copy in English across multiple projects in print (magazines, newsletters, annual reports, etc) and digital (websites, blogs, social media, videos, etc) mediums
• Ensure accuracy and quality of generated content 
• Plan content calendar and liaise with clients for certain projects
• Brief and manage pool of freelance writers, and occasionally ensure accuracy and quality of their work 
• Occasionally develop ideas for new projects, tenders, etc
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines, goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years’ of journalism, publishing, media or marketing communications experience
• Degree/Diploma in journalism, mass communication, or related discipline
• Strong command of English, with good proofreading/copyediting skills
• Able to write in a variety of styles, and handle a wide range of topics
• Ability to effectively manage intense production schedules and tight deadlines
• Some digital experience would be advantageous
• Effective written and spoken Mandarin is a bonus
• Good people- and project-management skills
• Appreciation of good design
• Strong team player who is willing to pitch in and go the extra mile
• Ability to communicate effectively with external parties and business units
• Total commitment to deadlines
